Registration and booking

Submitting the stand booking form is a preliminary request. A booking is only confirmed once it is confirmed in writing by the organisers and the agreed down payment has been made.

Spaces are allocated in order of confirmation and payment, and the organisers may reassign spaces in the interest of the exhibition's overall layout.

Prices and costs

The total cost shown in the form is an estimate based on the published price per square metre for each exhibition and does not include additional services or taxes unless stated otherwise.

Visitor registration

Visitor registration is intended for trade visitors. The organisers may accept or decline registrations according to the target audience.

Data privacy

Data submitted through the website forms is used only for communication and organisation related to the exhibitions, and is not shared with any third party without your consent.
